Dubai Holiday Rentals (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is a booking marketplace that lists short-stay and monthly holiday homes across Dubai. We do not own, manage, inspect, or operate any of the properties listed on the Platform. Each property is managed independently by a licensed holiday-home operator (“Operator”), who is responsible for the listing content, photos, pricing, availability, and the guest experience during the stay.

When you search, book, or contact an Operator through the Platform, we collect only what is needed to process that request, such as:

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone number).
• Booking details (dates, guest count, special requests).
• Payment information, processed directly by our third-party payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Basic technical data (browser, device, approximate location) used to operate the search and map features.

We use booking and contact information solely to facilitate your reservation, communicate with you about a stay, and pass the relevant details to the Operator whose property you book. We do not sell guest data to third parties, and we do not retain guest data for any purpose beyond fulfilling a booking, providing support, or meeting legal record-keeping obligations.

Because the Platform is a marketplace, your booking details are necessarily shared with:

• The Operator of the property you book, so they can prepare for your arrival and manage the stay.
• Our payment processor, to securely handle transactions.
• The Operator's property-management and channel software, used to sync availability and confirm reservations.

Once an Operator receives your booking details, their own privacy practices govern how they handle your information during your stay. We encourage guests to review an Operator's house rules and communications for details specific to that property.

We use essential cookies to keep the search and booking flow working correctly (such as remembering your search filters), and limited analytics to understand how guests use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. Requests relating to how an Operator handles your data during or after a stay should be directed to that Operator directly.
