Accept Our Listing Invitation
Once your properties are connected, Dubai Holiday Rentals can request to feature your eligible listings. You receive an invitation through OnSeason to approve the connection. Listings are subject to our licence and property verification process.

Receive Bookings Directly in Your PMS
Reservations generated through DubaiHolidayRentals.com are delivered into your connected PMS. You continue managing your guests, pricing, housekeeping, check-in and property operations.

DubaiHolidayRentals.com accepts applications from licensed Dubai holiday home operators with eligible, properly permitted properties.

We review every application and verify licences and property details before any listings are featured. Providing false information about licensing status will result in immediate removal from the platform.

Request Distribution Through Dubai Holiday Rentals
If your company already has its properties connected through OnSeason, you do not need to register again. Simply complete the operator application form so we can review your company and request permission to feature your eligible properties.
